1. Permitted Use

KAD CV is provided completely free of charge for personal, non-commercial use by job seekers. You may generate, edit, and export resumes for your personal career search.

2. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into our application. Since data is stored on-device (locally), you are responsible for maintaining your own backups by exporting your resume as a JSON file.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. KAD CV does not guarantee that your resume will secure employment, nor do we guarantee that our PDF layouts will pass all proprietary hiring systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KAD CV, nor its parent KAD network, be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the tools or templates.
